Whenever I crave for a plate of nice chicken rice, this is the place always popped up in my mind. They are serving only the chicken thigh and they only have 2 choices of menu, Normal (RM6.00) and Special (RM10.00). This is what made them efficient in serving the food to the customers. We ordered 2 Normal and 1 Special serving of chicken rices. They put all the serving in one plate. Quite a big portion I would say. There was pickled cucumber served as well. And each of us was served with one plate of rice, one bowl of salted vege soup (咸菜汤), 3 kind of sauces, Chili, Belacan and Dark Soya. I really love the rice and the chicken is tender and juicy!

Secret Recipe @ the Spring, Kuching

John was sick for the last two week, and he stayed back to his parent's house. He had been limited on the food that he was taking. So today lunch was a good meal for him after two week healthy diet :) Secret Recipe is always our favorite choice for our 'light' meal and having chitchat. The beverage there has quite a variety and their choices of cakes as well. And their main course menu is quite nice for me, because the price is fair if compared to other western food restaurant in Kuching and also their dining environment and the services. There are few branches in Kuching. The service and the standard of the food offered by the branch at the Spring was excellent if compared to other branch i went. Dong Guan Cafe @ 3rd mile, Kuching

Another place for Dim Sum at Kuching, other than the Banquet, Kung Fu, Mitsu, etc. The price was reasonable.  And I quite like the Barley drink served by this cafe, not like some other cafe, they served the instant one. And the Barley is cooked together with green bean.
